What Is The Extra Mile?
For more than a decade, Kalispell Auto Group has worked to support children throughout the Flathead Valley through our Toasty Tootsies campaign. What started with providing winter boots has grown into something bigger.
This October, we’re taking that commitment a step further with The Extra Mile, a new partnership with Mikayla’s Miracles & Blessings Foundation. The campaign is designed to provide broader support to local students and families who may need a little extra help.
Because sometimes a child needs more than a pair of boots. They may need school supplies, a warm coat, new shoes, something to eat, or simply something to look forward to.
From Toasty Tootsies to The Extra Mile
For over a decade, Kalispell Auto Group’s Toasty Tootsies campaign has helped provide thousands of pairs of winter boots to kids throughout the Flathead Valley.
Toasty Tootsies was built around a simple idea: making sure local children have something as basic and important as warm footwear during Montana winters.
Today, we’re building on that foundation. By collaborating with Mikayla’s Miracles & Blessings Foundation, The Extra Mile allows us to support local kids in more ways than one.
Every fall, Mikayla’s Miracles & Blessings adopts 150 local high school students who are homeless and enrolled in school. Each student receives a duffle bag filled with items they need, along with a few things simply meant to give them something to enjoy and look forward to.
The partnership allows Kalispell Auto Group to take the spirit of Toasty Tootsies and expand it beyond winter boots — helping support the whole kid and giving local students a stronger start.
