WHAT WE OFFER

• $15 per hour
• BONUS PROGRAM! EARN UP TO $700 PER MONTH!
• Full Time
• Schedule Monday-Friday
• Shift 7:00am – 4:00pm

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner, with a goal of setting an appointment with the customer at the dealership
• Ensure that all communications via phone, text, email or in person is professional and courteous
• Accomplish the forecast that has been established by the service drive manager and the service manager
• Acknowledge customers who are waiting
• Perform any and all other related duties as required and assigned
• Maintain a professional image and appearance in the workplace

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work, required
• Strong organizational skills, patience, and active listening skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Keyboard skills
• Proficient computer skills, ability to learn multiple database programs
